In this session, we will discuss the essential paperwork required for your organization to join and benefit from the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. Following the session, our team will be available to assist employers in completing the necessary documentation to achieve OJT certification.

We will also provide an example of skills that can be learned while on-the-job and outline the financial reimbursement process associated with training an OJT candidate currently employed in the solar industry.
