About me
Adam is the Lead for the Electricity & Markets Policy Group at the Oregon Department of Energy where he leads a four-person team working on electricity policy issues in the state. His portfolio covers a wide range of topics, including regional electricity planning, energy markets, and resource adequacy. Previously he managed the UC Davis Energy Institute, worked on renewable energy procurement at the California PUC, and served as the Wayne Morse Legal Fellow for U.S. Senator Ron Wyden. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and a J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.
