David serves as the Tribal Liaison and Executive Officer for 7Skyline, LLC working to bring tribal government leaders, elders, and tribal utility representatives to the table to discuss participation in green energy projects to help tribal communities prosper. Over the past 30 years, David has worked as a consultant to the Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) and as the first director of their Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO). David is currently leading tribal outreach efforts for utility scale solar and energy storage projects with over 20 tribes throughout the western US supporting more than a dozen solar, energy storage, and transmission projects, several in partnership with Navajo Power, PBC, a native-owned renewables development public benefit corporation. For the past 25 years, David has also served as the traditional spokesman for the Mohave Elders Committee. He is the author of a reburial policy for artifacts and isolates adopted by the National Congress of American Indians and distributed to all tribes across the United States. David is also a founding board member and current board Chairman of Greenaction for Health and Environmental Justice, a non-profit based in San Francisco.
